The free preview
What do I get for free?
Your whole website on Johnny, on a private link. We look over every page, and you get it by email within 5 working days at the latest. There you try the editor on any page: tell Johnny what to change. You pay €490 for the move only if you keep it. No call, no credit card.
Who can see the preview?
Only people you share the link with. It is private, and search engines don’t list it.
Will you touch my live site?
No. Your current site stays exactly as it is. Nothing changes until you say go.
What happens after I see the preview?
If you like it, say go: you pay €490 for the move and switch your domain with one setting. If not, you don’t have to do anything, and we delete the preview after 30 days.
The move
Will my site look exactly the same?
Yes. We copy every page as it is: the design, the text, the photos, the menus and the forms. Before the switch we check every page on computer, tablet and phone against your current site.
What do I have to do?
Two things: say go, and give us access to your domain settings. We do the rest. How the move works
What are domain settings? I don’t have the login.
They are the settings that say where your domain points. Whoever registered your domain, or looks after your current hosting, has the login. Forward them our note; it says exactly what to change.
Do I keep my domain?
Yes. Your domain stays yours. Only the place it points to changes.
Will my email keep working?
Yes. We only change where the website points. Your email isn’t touched.
Will my site go offline during the switch?
No. Your site stays online the whole time.
What happens to my Google listings?
Every page keeps its address, so links and Google listings still work. We carry over your page titles and descriptions and check them before the switch.
Do my contact forms keep working?
Yes. We carry them over, together with your analytics and cookie banner, and test them before the switch.
Will my site be faster?
Yes. Pages load faster, and there is nothing left to update. We measure your current site and the new one on the same page.
What can’t you move yet?
Online shops and member logins. If your site needs them, we tell you before you pay.
Changes with Johnny
How do I change my site?
Log in and write to Johnny the way you’d write to a person. Your chat is on the left, your site on the right. Johnny makes the change and you see it right away. You publish it, or undo it.
What can I ask for?
Changes and new pages. For example new opening hours, a holiday notice, new prices, a new team member, a different photo, a news post or a new page.
Do I need technical skills?
No. If you can write an email, you can change your site.
What if Johnny gets something wrong?
Nothing goes live until you press Publish. A change that would break your page never reaches the preview. Every version is kept, so you can always go back.

What does it cost?
A one-time setup fee for the move, then a monthly fee for Johnny. See pricing
What does the setup fee cover?
The whole move. We copy every page, keep every address, carry over your forms and check every page. You pay it only once you have seen your site on Johnny and want to keep it.
What is in the monthly fee?
Changes and new pages by message, hosting with the padlock (SSL), backups and security.
