Questions
Do I need to export my Wix site?
No. We rebuild every page from your live site, the way visitors see it. You don’t need an export, and you don’t give us your Wix login.
I built with Wix ADI, Editor X or Wix Studio. Does that work?
Yes. Which Wix editor it was doesn’t matter. We rebuild from your live site, the way visitors see it, not from the editor.
What becomes of my Wix apps?
Your contact form comes along and is tested before the switch, as are analytics and the cookie banner. The apps themselves don’t move, so there is nothing left to update. The online shop (Wix Stores) and member areas can’t move yet. Whatever else an app does, we check on your site and tell you before you pay.
What happens to my Google listings?
Every page keeps its address, so links and Google listings still work. We carry over your page titles and descriptions and check them before the switch.
Do I keep my domain?
Yes, even if you bought it through Wix. Your domain stays yours; only the setting that says where it points changes.
Will my email keep working?
Yes. We only change where the website points. Your email isn’t touched.
