The same website, four times as fast.
And every change is a sentence.
Undivi’s website has 149 pages, two languages and a job board, and it took seven seconds to load. Johnny moved it as it was. Now it loads four times as fast, and Undivi changes it with a message to Johnny.

A website with a lot going on
Undivi brings companies together with the people who move them forward: recruiting, executive search, payroll services and RPO, from Vienna across Austria. Much of it starts on the website. Candidates look for jobs and apply, companies get in touch, and the knowledge hub explains what is new in HR.
It ran on WordPress, with a page builder and a plugin for every task: the two languages, the job ads from their applicant system, the forms, the newsletter. It took about seven seconds to load.
Seven seconds is not a small thing in our business. Candidates and clients do not wait.”
Karim PfeilManaging Director, UndiviThe move: the same site, a new foundation
Johnny rebuilt every page from the live site and compared each one with the original, on desktop, tablet and phone. Here is the candidates page, before and after.

Same look, same words, same address.
Load time on WordPress: Speed Index 7.4 s, Google PageSpeed Insights, mobile, 22 October 2026. Four times as fast: the main picture visible on a phone after 13.6 s on WordPress and after 3.3 s on Johnny, Lighthouse 13.5, median of 5 runs, 22 October 2026.
What moved with it
- All 149 pages, in German and English
- Every address, so Google and old links still find them
- The job ads from their applicant system, checked every hour
- Application, contact and newsletter forms, with spam protection
- The cookie banner, in Undivi’s own design
- Their fonts, pictures and animations
“Without outside help, nothing moved on the website.”
Karim PfeilAfter the move, a change is a sentence
This is Undivi’s site in Johnny’s editor. The candidates page lists five benefits. One sentence, and there are six.

No page builder, no menus. You write what should change, the way you would tell a colleague.

Johnny finds the section, writes the new point in Undivi’s voice and builds it like the five above it. You can watch.

Johnny looks at the page on desktop and phone and says what he changed. Nothing goes live before you say so, and every version is kept.

Checked every week
Once the site is live, Johnny checks its links and files every week and lists anything that needs fixing.

Now it loads four times as fast — and a change is a message, not an agency project.”
